By using Skinic service („Skinic”) operated by CM International S.A. („CMI”) you acknowledge that you share your information with us and give us consent to do so. Shared information may also be made available to our trusted partners („third party”) with whom we cooperate to provide you with the best service level possible.

What information is being processed?

We are processing all information which you submitted to Skinic. We collect information that is required to provide service (such as e-mail addresses, names, phone numbers), submitted to us within Skinic forms and windows. We also process data that is being generated while navigating the Skinic including „cookies” and local storage entries. This information is collected to ensure stable and high quality service to you, they are not used for other purposes. Additionally we process information submitted by you such as files, which may also be considered personal data. Processing of files is restricted only to storing and making them available to you when needed.

Who is my information controller?

CM International S.A. is controlling collected information, also third party may be considered either information controller and/or processor.

What is the purpose and lawful basis for processing my information and how long will it be stored?

We are processing your information to provide you with Skinic service and as defined by Terms of Service contract on the lawful basis Art. 6 (1) lit b of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679RD for the duration of contract. Collected information may also be used after contract termination, but only if it’s permitted or required by law (ex. statistics, billing, court order).

Who has access to my information?

Collected information may be made available to legal person, public authority other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller (ex. IT service providers), on explicit controller request and in accordance to contract between both parties. Your information may also be made available if required by law (ex. court order). Also your information may in some cases be available to entities outside European Economic Area, but only if it’s required to provide you with Skinic service or has other important lawful basis.

What are my rights regarding information processing ?

• right to access your information
• right to correct your information
• right remove your information (excluding situations in which it would be illegal to remove them)
• right to send complaint to supervisory authority (polish President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data)
• right to restrict the scope of information processing (if possible)
• right to transfer your information, that is to receive copy of your information from controller in structured, commonly used format, so you can send it to other controller.

Information can be stored on your devices (ex. laptop, tablet, smartphone) in form of cookie files and local storage entries by CMI and Third Parties.
